I contacted customer service right after placing my order because I needed the training pants as soon as possible - I had just started a 5-day potty training program with my son and needed the training pants in time for his return to daycare. (Totally my fault for not planning ahead!) To my surprise, customer service responded the next morning (I had contacted them late at night), and after checking their stock, shipped the package that same afternoon. I received my order just four days later, which included a weekend and a U.S. federal holiday. I really appreciated how quickly they acted to get the order to me!
When the package arrived, I realized that one of the training pants was missing. Customer service confirmed that the correct number had been sent, so the missing item probably got lost during a FedEx or customs inspection. Even though it wasn’t Mother-ease’s fault, they still sent me a replacement!
I can’t thank Mother-ease enough for their outstanding customer service. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again if I need more training pants!
