In-stock items ship within 3 - 5 business days from our facility in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada
Some items may be made to order due to ongoing production. If an item is not in stock, it will be sewn once your order is placed and typically ships within 5 - 7 business days.
U.S. orders are imported weekly into Niagara Falls, NY and shipped via USPS or UPS. All customs and duty charges are covered by Mother-ease.

Shipping Exceptions & High-Cost Locations
Flat-rate shipping is based on average delivery costs and is not guaranteed for all destinations.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or certain remote or high-cost locations.
Within Canada, some addresses - particularly remote, rural, or hard-to-service areas, can cost significantly more to ship to than our standard flat-rate fee. If the actual shipping cost substantially exceeds the rate charged at checkout, Mother-ease will contact you to request approval for additional shipping charges or to cancel and refund the order prior to shipment.
Examples of higher-cost shipping areas may include (but are not limited to) rural routes, remote communities, and certain regions of Northern British Columbia, Vancouver Island, and other outlying areas.

International:
All international shipments are charged at actual cost shipping during the checkout process. Please select the courier of your choice.

Returns & Exchanges - made easy!
As long as your products are unused, unwashed and in resalable condition (clean, no pet hair, no smells, etc.) you can mail your products back to us within 3 months from the date of purchase. Please fill out the form below to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products.
Returns - A full refund minus a restocking fee and our actual cost to ship your order to you.
Exchange - Receive a full credit of the purchase price and free shipping on your exchange.
Credit - Receive a full credit of the purchase price to be used on any future order.
Return and Exchange Form
Return Policy: Mother-ease will provide a full refund, less actual shipping and handling costs, on unused, unwashed, re-saleable products (clean, no pet hair, etc.) for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Products that are on clearance or are special orders do not qualify for return. Return mailing/shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender. After inspection, if any product has been washed or deemed un-saleable it will be mailed back at the customer’s expense.
Exchange Policy: Mother-ease will exchange items that are unused, unwashed, and in re-saleable condition (clean, no pet hair, etc.) for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Products that are on clearance or are special orders do not qualify for exchange. Return mailing or shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the sender unless there was a mistake made by Mother-ease. After inspection, if any product has been washed or deemed un-saleable it will be mailed back at the customer’s expense.
