I recently started looking into overnight solutions for my 10 month old. I decided to give the Wizard Duo wrap with an overnight insert a shot- boy, am I glad I did!
I am currently cloth diapering my second child. Collectively we have been using cloth for over two years. I have never been into the idea of using cloth overnight before now, because I want my children to sleep well without worrying about leaks or having to stuff huge amounts of fabric into a diaper.
My son is about 23lbs, so I went with the one size Duo Wrap with two overnight inserts. The fit is so much trimmer than I expected for an overnight diaper. I was honestly pretty skeptical that it would hold up through the night when I first saw it. The stay dry fabric is so smooth and soft, like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The fabric also does such a nice job of wicking moisture away from my baby’s skin, he wakes up with absolutely no redness or irritation after a full 12 hours of sleep.
My boy is a light wetter so I cannot say whether or not this would do well for super soakers. I can say, though, that after 5 nights of use now we haven’t had even the smallest leak at all. My son sometimes has leaks after a really long nap in our regular daytime pocket diapers (which are high quality, not china cheapies) so this has been a huge shock to me.
